1) Service coverage
We currently fulfill orders within Singapore only, subject to address serviceability and operational capacity.2) Delivery windows
Delivery windows are selected during checkout (or order confirmation flow) and are subject to slot availability. Standard delivery windows- Monday to Friday: 10:00–14:00, 14:00–18:00, 18:00–22:00
- Saturday: 10:00–14:00, 14:00–18:00
- Sunday: 11:00–15:00
3) Self-collection windows
Self-collection is available at: Collection address 60 Kaki Bukit Place, #07-09, Eunos Techpark (Lobby B Exit A), Singapore 415979 Collection windows- Monday to Saturday: 10:00–13:00, 14:00–16:00
- Sunday: 11:00–16:00
4) Same-day cut-off timings
Same-day requests are accepted only if submitted before slot cut-off and subject to capacity. Delivery cut-offs- 10:00–14:00 slot: order by 08:00
- 14:00–18:00 slot: order by 12:30
- 18:00–22:00 slot (Mon–Fri): order by 15:00
- Sunday 11:00–15:00 slot: order by 08:30
- 10:00–13:00 slot: order by 08:00
- 14:00–16:00 slot: order by 12:30
- Sunday 11:00–16:00 slot: order by 08:30
5) Recipient and sender details
To avoid delivery errors:- Shipping/recipient details must be the person receiving flowers.
- Billing details must be the payer/sender details at checkout.
6) Failed delivery / re-delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details, no recipient, inaccessible location, or refusal:- we will attempt to contact the provided phone number,
- re-delivery may be charged,
- quality is only guaranteed within the original delivery window.
7) Address accuracy and responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring:- correct recipient name and phone,
- full address including postal code/unit number,
- valid selected date/time slot.
