Refunds & Cancellation

REFUNDS

For orders made through our website, refunds will be processed through our secure payment provider.

The refunds will be reflected in your next bank statement or 2 weeks later and a refund receipt will be emailed out as well.

If you feel you have received a refund in error, or have not yet received your refund after 2 weeks, kindly contact customer service at support@aiflorist.shop or drop us a Whatsapp at 80373466.

For Bank Transfer transactions, do contact us or drop us a whatsapp at 80373466 and we will tend to your enquiries.

CANCELLATIONS

To make a cancellation, kindly contact customer service at support@aiflorist.shop or Whatsapp 80373466.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, anything lesser than that will be subjected to only a 50% refund as flowers are perishable items.

Cancellations that are made more than 48 hours in advance are subjected to 80% - 90% refund due to processing fee incurred and flowers are perishable items.
