Do you support same-day delivery?
Yes. Orders placed before the selected timeslot cut-off are eligible for same-day delivery.
Is standard delivery free?
Yes. Standard island-wide delivery in Singapore is free. Express 60-minute window delivery is $25.
What if the address is inaccessible?
If the address is inaccessible, a 92% refund applies. Re-delivery is available at $10.

Express Delivery
Need a specific time? Express delivery is available for $25 and gives you a 60-minute delivery window, subject to availability. Mention it in the chat and Fleur will arrange it.
Areas We Cannot Deliver To
Due to access restrictions, we are unable to deliver to the following locations:
- Tuas
- Gul Circle
- Penjuru
- Jurong Island
- Army & Police Camps
- Airline Road / Alps Avenue
- Hospitals (restricted wards)
- Airport (restricted zones)
If an address turns out to be inaccessible, a 92% refund is issued.
Unsuccessful Delivery
Our driver will wait up to 10 minutes at the delivery address. If no one is available to receive the flowers, the arrangement will be left outside the door. A re-delivery fee of $10 applies if a second delivery attempt is needed.

Can I get same-day delivery?

Do you deliver on Sundays and public holidays?
We deliver on Sundays between 11 am and 3 pm. Public holiday delivery depends on the date โ check with Fleur in the chat for real-time availability.
What happens if I give the wrong address?
If the address is invalid or in an excluded area, a 92% refund is issued. Double-check the address with Fleur during checkout to avoid issues.
Can the recipient be someone else?
Absolutely โ this is a gifting business. You place and pay for the order, and we deliver to whoever you choose. A personal card message is included with every order.
